Below you'll find schedules of research, education and special events being held in various communities throughout Alberta. Please verify event dates with your local Chapter. If your community does not fall within a local staffed chapter (rural areas), check out the Alberta Division list of upcoming events.
MS Awareness Days are a chance for you to connect with us! Stop by our information booth to find out the latest in MS and talk to a MS Society representative about your questions. For people with MS, caregivers, health professionals, or anyone interested in MS, this is an opportunity to empower yourself and learn more. MS Awareness Days will be happening throughout the province, so check out dates and times below.

MS Clinic in Wainwright
On October 24, 2008, after 2 years of planning, an MS Health Clinic finally took place in Wainwright. Edmonton neurologist Dr. Makus traveled to Wainwright for the day and saw a total of 9 people (some of them extended care patients) who were not able to make the trip to Edmonton to see a neurologist. Dr. Makus was very enthusiastic about the prospect of seeing patients in Wainwright more regularly.
